If you are looking for a friendly active sports pub in Newton Abbot then the Swan Inn is the place. The Swan Inn is a friendly town centre pub owned and run by the same family since 1980.

Open from 10am till midnight everyday.
We specialise in televised sports with 3 big screens and show both SKY & ESPN

The Swan has 2 Pool tables and 2 Dart boards, with teams that are successful in the local leagues.

Card games such as Euchre, Cribbage & small stake Texas Hold’em are played here. Dominoes and Chess also available. We also have an active golf society.

Our juke-box is free and has music to cover most tastes. There is also a heated outside smoking area available for our customers.

Duck Dollars

Between 4.00pm and 9.00pm on Fridays we give out a “Duck Dollar” with every pint of draught purchased. These are worth 50p each and can be used as genuine money in either the Swan or our sister pub Newtons Freehouse at any time.

Our large product range offers value for money and we use 22oz glasses to ensure you get a full pint everytime.

We do not sell hot food but you are welcome to bring your own or order in.
